My kids goes crazy if they saw something cooked with paneer, obviously i thought that i should prepare something quick, delicious, easy and a simple finger food with paneer for the second day of this weeks blogging marathon as am cooking under Kids delight- Potluck party theme. Since i dont want to make again some deep fried beauties, i went for this very quick paneer kababs. This kebabs seriously go for a mix of spice powder and a hour of marination thats all, just marinate the paneer cubes with few green bellpepper cubes.Using a skewer, prepare your kebabs and cook them in a pan, your kebabs are ready to enjoy. How easy na.
Jhatpat paneer kebabs are seriously very quick to prepare, a fabulous finger food.
