Homemade shampoo 

Making your own shampoo at home is a good idea if you are tired of using various shampoos that have ruined your hair. Homemade shampoo is worth a try because if it wont help your hair, it will not harm your hair too.

The ingredients required to make homemade shampoo are easily available in the market as well as online.

Homemade Reetha - Shikakai Shampoo Recipe

Things you will require:


Amla (India gooseberry) 100 gms
Reetha (Soap nut) 100 gms 
Shikakai (Acacia Concinna) 75 gms
water 2 lts

Method:
Soak all the three ingredients in water overnight.

Boil the mixture next morning till the water reduces to half.
cool it to room temperature.
your natural shampoo is ready.

Egg                            1 
Canola oil                    1 tsp
Lemon  Juice               1 Tsp
Castile Soap               1 tbs
Blender
Essential oil                as perred


Method


Beat the egg.
Combine all the ingredients with the beaten egg
Put the mixture into the blender and blend it all.

Supplies you will need for making this easy homemade hand cream

Oat Flour 1 tsp
2 egg yolks
 4 tsp of almond oil (perably the first extract)
Rose water
Grapefruit seed extract ½  tsp
And plain water

Beat the oat flour with the egg yolks until you have lump-less smooth paste.
Blend in almond oil and the water again mix to make it smooth. Now very slowly add grapefruit seed extract drop by drop.
And your homemade hand cream is read to be used.

Wash you hands clean and dry them now pat your hand cream all over our hand. Let it dry for a while and leave on for whole night.

We do not want dirty linen next morning so once your hand lotion dries up just wear cotton gloves.

    Homemade Sugar Face Scrub

    SUGAR makes a great scrub for exfoliating the skin at home.  Mix granulated sugar with almond oil in 2:1 ration respectively. Wet your skin and apply the scrub on the face and scrub it in circular motion. Remember you have to be very gentle while scrubbing your facial skin. 

    Make your own Almond Facial Scrub: 

    Grind almond and mix it with mayonnaise to make a paste. Use this paste as scrub. after scrubbing leave this for another 10 mins then rinse off. 

    Homemade Oatmeal Face Scrub Recipe

    Grind Oatmeal, Corn meal and few sunflower seeds together, to the powder add few drops of essential oils and use water as base to make paste out of all ingredients. Use this as a facial scrub. Mix oatmeal and baking soda in 2:1 ratio. gently scrub your face with this mixture in circular motion. Mix 1 tsp of honey with ground almond to make a thin consistency paste. Dampen your face and start scrubbing the almond honey paste on the paste. Rinse off once done. Facial scrubbing should be done 5-10 mins doing it for longer period may hurt the skin and can cause redness too.
