5 Tips to prevent cavities in toddlers - If not maintained properly, the baby teeth can be easily damaged and decayed or commonly called cavities. Theore, parents should be more concerned with dental health of infants in order to avoid health problems, especially cavities. Cavities is one of the most common chronic disease experienced by children aged 6 to 11 years and adolescents aged 12 to 19 years. Here are five tips to prevent cavities in toddlers, as reported by WebMD.

1. Go to the dentist from an early age

From the age of 1 year, you can get used to invite you visit the dentist. Early prevention can make a child avoid more serious health problems.

2. Caring for oral health

You can brush your childs teeth and gums gently, using water on a soft baby toothbrush, or just clean the childs teeth with a soft cloth.

Too much TV makes toddlers tough talk - Toddlers who watch television more than three hours in a day are known to be susceptible to hard talk and speech problems. Not only that, they are also more likely to be victims of bullying by her peers.

Recent research has revealed that too much TV can lose the ability to speak and math skills of children. Maximum, children are only allowed to watch two hours of television a day. The addition of hours will increase the risk of children being bullied and lose their ability to speak.

Too long watching television can have negative effects," said Professor Linda Pagani of the University Montreal led the study, as reported by the Daily Mail.

For this study, scientists overseeing 1.0006 991 girls and boys in Quebec aged 29 months. They found that compared with children who rarely watch television, children who watch more than two hours of experiencing negative effects. Furthermore, they have identified that speech, language, and math kid who decline due to television.
