Asthma can be cured by itself when an adult child
Even so, it would not seem to apply to girls who had asthma as allergic to furry animals like dogs and cats. Research has shown that girls with the allergy to heal on its own as an adult is quite small.
These results were found after Swedish researchers followed 200 children with asthma. When 19-year-old, 21 percent of children has decreased asthma symptoms. They no longer frequent shortness of breath and did not need the inhaler device. Decrease in these symptoms is more common in boys.
"The sensitivity of the furry animals and asthma are more acute at the age of seven to eight years did not decline as adults," said study author Dr. Martin Anderson from the Obstructive Lung Disease in Northern Sweden, as reported by U.S. News.
Many children who have asthma as a child had fallen when grown. But doctors rarely consider it a cure for fear of asthma will appear again when the children met with asthma triggers. Researchers found that the reduction rate can range between 16-60 percent in adolescents.
This study provides hope for parents to see their children recover from asthma. However, this study also did not provide a guarantee. Unfortunately, this study did not clarify whether the treatment of asthma like allergy shots can affect the possibility of recovery from asthma in the future.
